Baby Soothers
Embroidery on soothers will be done in a standard size at $15.
Baby Blankets
Embroidery on blankets will be done in a standard size.

Maximum characters is 8 letters, including spacing if applicable.
If you would prefer all caps, please refrain from choosing a script font.

Choose Your Thread Colour
We only use premium quality thread from Madeira, manufactured in Germany.
Colour may vary slightly.
FAQ
How long does custom embroidery take?
Custom embroidery takes 4-7 working days, excluding weekends.
Do you offer same day embroidery?
Unfortunately no, we do not do same day embroidery as we outsource our embroidery services to a skilled embroider expert.
When same day delivery is applied at check out, it means that the moment we have received your embroidered soft toy (which takes 4-7 working days), only then will we dispatch it for it to be delivered on the same day. Normal delivery method will take 3-5 working days.
Otherwise, you may also opt for pick-up to collect it in store.
Can I bring my own Jellycat Soft Toy to be embroidered?
Unfortunately, custom embroidery can only be done for products bought at Deer Home & Kids upon check out (online or in showroom) due to hygiene purposes.
We do not provide embroidery services for products bought outside of Deer Home & Kids.
Can I exchange or refund my custom embroidery?
Strictly no exchange or refund can be made for customised items.
