Self Pick-Up
For small items, you may pick-up your item once you have received an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. If you have not received a notification, we do not recommend dropping by the store as your order might not be ready. One your item is ready for pick-up, you may drop by the store any time within the operating hours.

For furniture items, you may arrange a pick up once the team has reached out via email or through WhatsApp. For furniture that typically requires assembly (side table, cot, wardrobe etc.) do note that warranty is voided for self-assembled items as we cannot guarantee the condition of the item if it is damaged during pick-up or mishandled during assembly.

Delivery Of Small & Medium-Sized Items
We engage third party courier services for Small & Medium-sized items.
If you have opted for Small/Medium Courier-pack, your item(s) will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days, with a prior notification when your item(s) has been shipped.
If no one's at home to receive the item, the third party courier service reserves the right to place the parcel outside your premises.
If you would like the item to be delivered by a certain date, please check out with 'same day delivery' as Deer Industries cannot determine when the parcel will arrive since it is a third party courier.

Delivery Of Furniture & Bulky ItemsÂ
We engage third party courier services for Delivery of Furniture & Bulky Items.
Our team at Deer Industries will arrange a date and time suitable for the delivery of your furniture/bulky item.
If an item needs to be carried up the stairs, whether internally or externally, an additional charge of SGD 15 per floor will apply. This payment should be made directly to the delivery team on the day of delivery.
We reserve this right to make this decision in respect to the safety of the delivery team and the integrity of your item.
Deer Industries reserves the right to reschedule delivery if not previously notified about staircase access.
Please ensure that there is someone home to receive and check the item(s).
Please arrange necessary approval from your Condominium Management if required. (Vehicle height limits, parking restrictions, mandatory forms, cut-off times for delivery, etc.)
Please ensure that goods can be delivered via a lift, and that there is access and space for delivery.

Delivery Times
For Delivery of Small & Medium-Sized items you can expect to have it delivered between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
For Delivery of Furniture & Bulky items you can arrange for a delivery/assembly between Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), depending on the delivery team's availability.
For all items, we are unable to provide a specific timing, however our team will get in touch on the day of delivery.

What To Do When You Receive Your Delivery
For small & medium sized item(s), make sure you or your representative check the condition of the good(s), if there are any defects found, please refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy.
For furniture & bulky item(s), you need to inspect the items, and where they are placed before the delivery team leaves.
If any product faults are found, the issue needs to be recorded and pointed out to the team immediately. The team will document the issues for rectification.
When you sign the Delivery Order, you confirm that all goods have been received free from fault and no damage has been done to the surroundings.
Deer Industries will not be responsible for any defects once the delivery order has been signed.

No One Home To Receive Delivery
For furniture & bulky item(s), our team will contact you to schedule a new delivery on the next available date - an additional delivery charge of SGD30 will apply.

Late Delivery
Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events outside of our control once it leaves our store or warehouse.
Deer Industries cannot be held liable for late deliveries, as we engage third party courier services.

Did Not Receive Your Parcel
If you did not receive your parcel, please check if the address you've provided is correct. If the address you've provided is incomplete - the parcel will most likely be delivered back to us. In this case you will have to make an additional payment for the delivery fee for an attempt at re-delivery, otherwise you may also choose to self-collect at 213 Henderson Road, #01-02.
Should the address you provided is accurate but the status shows 'delivered', please reach out to us for a Proof of Delivery. While Deer Industries isn't liable for missing parcels handled by a third-party courier, we'll make an effort to assist you in liaising with them. However, we are not responsible for direct communication. Refunds are only provided if the third-party courier reimburses Deer Industries.

Disposal Service
If you may have any furniture or bulky item(s) to dispose, you may liaise with our third party delivery service on the day of delivery, disposal service fee may apply.
