Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Once payment is made, an order confirmation will be emailed to you in acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your order confirmation will state the products you have purchased, the agreed delivery date (if any), and the estimated lead-times of your delivery.
Please check this order confirmation carefully. This confirmation supersedes all prior correspondence in relation to your order. We will proceed with your order, as per the order confirmation, unless we receive written notification of any requested changes or corrections within 24 hours.
Please note however, that the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events outside of our control once it leaves our store or warehouse.
Deer Industries cannot be held liable for late deliveries, as we engage third party courier services.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that there may be reasons leading to the need to return or exchange once the order has been received. Please review the following conditions for returning or exchanging a product.
Return requests can only be made within 7 days of purchase and upon presentation of the original sales receipt.
Returns can only be made if the product is faulty or if the product is repacked in its original packaging and in a brand new, good sellable condition with tags attached.
Returns can only be made in exchange for another product, within the same price or more - where top-up is needed.
Returns cannot be made with products that cost less than the original product returned.
Sales/discounted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
All furniture, including chairs, are not exchangeable or refundable.
Deer Industries reserves the right of final decisions on the above conditions.
